Some answers come
from experience.

The judgment that takes years to develop. The lesson learned the hard way. The industry insight that never makes it into a handbook. Find the people who can share it.

The idea behind Cogito

Information is everywhere.Experience needs a voice.

Some of the most useful answers live in people’s experience: why they made a choice, what did not work, what they would do differently. Cogito gives that experience a place to be asked about, shared, and understood.

01

Ask with context

Describe the situation, what you have tried, and the decision in front of you. A specific question helps experienced people offer a useful answer.

02

Share what you have lived

Explain what you did, why you did it, and how it turned out. The details from your own work can help someone else make their next decision.

03

Build understanding together

Follow up. Discuss the tradeoffs. Add another perspective. Let people get to know your experience through what you contribute.
